These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to any product(s) purchased directly from Play Theory, the trading name of Connect & Play Ltd. If you’ve bought our products from a third-party retailer like Amazon or a physical store, please contact them directly.

3. Buying from Us

3.1 Product Use

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include VAT.
  • We aim to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If the correct price is higher than shown, we’ll ask if you want to proceed.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery fees are displayed during checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. If there’s a major delay outside our control, we’ll contact you.
  • If no one is home, your parcel may be left in a safe place or returned to a depot.
  • If delivery cannot be completed after attempts, we may cancel your order and refund you (minus any costs incurred).

7. Cancelling or Returning Products

  • Up to 6 months: If not repairable, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund.
  • Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to partial refund if product doesn’t last a reasonable time.

If approved, we’ll send a return label (if we’re covering postage). Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return.


10. Termination of Orders

We may cancel your order if:

  • Payment is not made after 7 days.
  • You fail to provide required information.
  • Delivery cannot be arranged.

We’ll refund any money paid for undelivered items, minus reasonable costs.

  • Our site is free to use but not guaranteed to be available 24/7.
  • You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., upload harmful material, spam, or violate any laws).
  • We own the content on our site. You must not use it commercially without permission.
